Nightmare!
I ordered from your catalog and the model that I needed turned out to be printed wrong. So I called and told them to look at the catalog that there were two different reels involved that had the model numbers combined. Partly right on both reels with neither one right. I was asked to call Abu Garcia company and get the correct number and call back. I didn't feel like it was up to me to fix your problem. I sent the part back that cost me over $11 and I'm waiting for my refund that I know won't reimburse me for the return. Not a great experience.
