Removed screw holding on bail wire assembly to bail arm- careful to not lose bail roller and washers
Removed screw holding wire to rotor at pivot arm
Re-attached screw and new wire to bail pivot arm on rotor
Attached other end of wire with screw and roller/washers to bail arm
AND it worked !!
