Not the part I needed
The part arrived sooner than I expected, well packaged, etc but it is not the correct part and not worth returning....the part was less than a dollar but shipping was $7 or so. So for the company and your system I'm giving 3 stars. I used the model number of my Abu Garcia reel and followed everything on your site and the schematics but the knob is not correct for my reel. The knob is way too large and I have an ocean rated reel. But the little nut inside the knob that screws on to the stem is too small.... I will take the knob and my reel to a reel repair store in Houston when I get down there and see if they can do a trade or something.
