This is a genuine Abu Garcia replacement part. The anti-reverse ratchet is designed by the manufacturer for use in a fishing reel. This part is made of metal, and comes with a metal synchro slide washer. It is placed between the drag pressure plate and drive shaft bushing to prevent the reel from spooling in the wrong direction. You may require a screwdriver when replacing this item. This part is sold individually.
