Blocked the wheel off the ground.
Removed the wheel.
Removed the old pivot arm.
Cleaned the axle with emery paper.
Lubricated axle and pivot bushing.
Reinstalled the new pivot arm.
put the drive chain the sprocket.
Put the tire on the axle,
Removed the blocking.
