The issue I had was a belt that stretched to much and the pulley rotor was damaged.
1. Remove the housing covering the belt and pulley. There are several bolts that hold it in place. Once the bolts have been removed it comes off easily.
2. Remove the belt
3. Remove the bolt that holds the pulley in place.
** you need to disable the blades as they will turn as you remove the bolt. I used my foot for that, but that is a dangerous way to do that. There is probably a better way.
4. Remove the old pulley and install the new one.
5. Reverse instructions to re-assemble

Note: There is an adjustment that may need to happen as the mechanism that engages the blades.
