Scraper was wornout and falling off.

Once completed, put the new scraper in place and bolt on.
REMEMBER TO ORDER THE 3 BOLTS NECESSARY!!

2. Looked at the bolts, found to be rusted.
3. Took the die grinder with a cut off wheel and cut 3 bolts off.
4. Replaced the nuts and the bolts with stainless steel bolts, nuts, and lock washers.
5. Parts fit perfectly.

Removed old scraper.
Attached new scraper using old bolts (probably should have replaced them with new).
Tested, blades are now off the ground when at rest.
Blades were 15 years old and were worn out. Scraper was torn off years ago

When installing the new blades there is very little room to start the lower nut on each. Using long nose pliers was helpful.
