Followed instruction relative the specific equipment found online.
Removal of the main shaft drive sheave was difficult, sheave set screws marked the drive shaft.
Original auger bearing flanges are threaded, replacement bearings were not, required to purchase a 5/16GÇ¥ X 18 bolt thread tap and cut threads into them, the fla nge holes were of the right diameter for the tap.
The auger bearing can then installed onto the auger shaft ends.
Tight clearances when installing the main drive sheave and itGÇÖs relative key requires manual manipulation of the complete auger, gearbox, main shaft assembly while inserting the woodruff key, once started tap the key into its final position, then tighten the set screws. The auger / gearbox can then be positioned and secured into place by bolting auger shaft bearings bearing to the hood side walls.

Before installing the new H Ball bearing, we drilled a slightly bigger hole clear thru the steel and copper bearing surface and thread it for a tubing extension and a grease zirk, so we could lube the shaft where the set screw was, without taking the snow machine apart. This allows us to lube the main shaft in a few seconds during snow removal if needed. It works great. Special instructions are as follows: I recommend buying a new H bearing because when and if the copper surface of the bearing rune dry, it can cause the steel housing to spin inside the metal holder which will wear out quickly.
