This is a genuine OEM part. The pivot cable guide is constructed of plastic, and is compatible with Toro snowthrower devices. This component secures the r.h. lock-handle of the upper handle assembly. The pivot cable guide is sold individually. A pair of pliers may be helpful in making the replacement.
