There was gas leaking from the bottom of the primer bulb. Upon inspection, the fuel was coming from the carburetor.

1. First removed all 6 nuts from the exhaust housing, then the 2 nuts underneath that secures the carburetor to the engine.
2. Removed the exhaust housing while also carefully slipping the primer bulb from the carburetor intake with it.
