I took out 4 bolts on my cab,pushed it to side so I didn\'t have to take it off.There is a pin with a
compression cap for the blower engaugement which came off hard.Then there are 2 nuts down on bottom. Make sure to get blower engagement rod bake in bracket.Tighten all nuts,might have to adjust blower linkage.

Took pictures of how the arm was attached. Removed the bolts, attached the new part, and reversed the procedure. The new part you sent was perfect. The pictures were important because I put one part in upside down, and it did not work.
