This is the special transmission belt that helps to drive the unit, please make sure to check appropriate diagrams of your model for correct location and use of this item. Over time due to normal use belts tend to wear out and stretch eventually requiring replacement to keep your equipment running at peak level. It is made of durable rubber material and it is sold individually.

Belts worn out, chute worm bracket broke off

Both belts were worn out and fell off, replaced belts and adjusted brake control and tension on the roller that pushes in the belt to tighten belt to operate the auger. Put covers back on. Everything is back to normal. Replaced worm bracket held on with 2 bolts and lock nuts.

The Auger belt broken and damaged the Cable Bracket and Auger Drive Cable, cannot blow snow.

2. Replace broken auger belt
3. Replace auger drive cable and cable bracket
4. Some justification for the auger drive cable
5. Put covers back

Took snowblower apart as noted in owners manual. Followed directions to remove old belt, install new belt and adjust belt tension as per owners manual.
Easy to replace, just took time figuring out what needed to be done.
