1. Removed the side shield.
2. Removed the old pulley.
3. Lubed any moving parts.
4. Installed the new pulley.
5. Checked the belt. It was ok.
6. Reinstalled the side shield.
7. Replaced the old rusty bolts and nuts with the new ones.
