LH upper handle on snowblower broke

1. Remove broken upper handle.
2. Installed new upper handle
3. Installed new blower clutch on upper handle
4. Set blower clutch to work as intended with the self propelled clutch
5. Tested blower operation. Seems to work fine. Ready for next year\'s snow.

Plastic clutch handle lock broke and prevented augar from engaging.

Pliers, Screw drivers, Wrench (Adjustable), Wrench set
Parts Used:
631-04133A
Loosen screws holding broken clutch lock.
Remove clutch wire from fixed metal handle.
Slide off clutch lock and floating handle from metal rod/fixed handle.
Detach broken clutch lock from floating handle.
Attach new clutch lock while floating handle is in place, slide on to metal rod, then clutch wire.
