Old knobs were worn and not keeping the bracket stable.

Removed old knobs that actually are discontinued and replaced with updated parts. Simple, took about 5 minutes as the old knobs were on there pretty tight or else it was a 2 minute project.

Front wheels needed replacing because rubber was gone. Replace star knobs on handle. Replace control cable.

1. Removed front wheels and replace with new wheels.
2. Removed nut and replaced with star knobs.
3. Removed old control cable and replaced with new cable.

Socket set, Wrench set
1. Set rototiller handle to desired height.
2. Place the two screw-hex cap into the lower holes on the handle and secure with the locking flange nuts.
3. Tighten with socket set and combination wrench to gust snug fit.
4. Insert Carriage bolt into upper holes in the handle and lock the height adjuster into place with th e square side of Carriage bolt.
5. Tighten Carriage bolt into locking hight adjuster with star knob until snug.
6. Recheck to ensure bolts are tighten and hight adjuster stayed to correct height.
