Removed the entire auger assembly, blades, drive shaft etc. from blower. Skid plate had to be removed as well to access underneath and behind blade housing to remove the impeller pulley.
Impeller pulley was compromised and needed to be replaced.
Replaced impeller pulley, drive shaft & flange bearing
Put snowblower back together and it works like its brand new again.
All total time for disassembly, order parts & putting back together was a 4 day project. (remember that time period included the ordering and shipping to Alaska)
$165ish worth of parts to get a free $1200 snowblower back together, worth it.
Thank you guys for the diagrams, the easy ordering & the fast shipping!!

Tools:
Screw drivers, Socket set
Disassembled, like replacing belts, removed remains of old bearing, cleaned up shaft at pulley area. Replaced defective parts and reassembled. Pretty straight forward after reading the manual. Used a tie down instead of a second person to pull auger section and power section together on re assembly. Could do it slowly and steadily while c hecking fit and clearance and it held sections together while I put the attachment bolts in the housing. All parts matched the originals with no problems and would use this website again .
