Person in Nova Scotia customer service was awesome.
The part was what I ordered. It was part of a larger order and was back ordered, which held up the entire order for 2 months. The emails kept saying that they can ship the items they had. I kept replying to do so, which they never did. I finally called to find out what’s going on and talked to the most nicest person ever. She told me they can’t split the order so she canceled the back ordered part and reordered it. The rest came within days. The original order was October 8 2020. The missing part finally came in and was delivered. Your customer service person was awesome, your email correspondence sucks. All in all it worked out. Again the lady in customer service was great, easy to talk to, and could understand her. Thanks
