Question on the carburetor that connects to the choke rod, is it a separate part? In the diagram, it's a black piece on the top side of the carburetor. Mine is broken and I can not connect to the choke rod. Is there a part?

honda snowthrower would not start

the Honda 4 cycle engine would only start if carb was sprayed with carb starting fluid. And it would only run for a few seconds.
Ordered a new carb and it took about 15 minutes to install and the second pull cranked over and runs great
And the ordered came faster than I expected. Thanks guys
Will be ordering more parts for other engines, power tools etc
