Choke Knob 951-11284

This choke knob is an authentic OEM replacement part designed for snowblowers. It is a small plastic knob, measuring 2 inches in diameter. It restricts the airflow to the engine which enriches the fuel mixture and makes it easier to start the snowblower when the engine is cold. Depending on your exact model you can find the choke knob either near the engine or on the control panel. Failure of the choke knob can occur due to wear, damage, or clogging. If the choke knob is damaged or worn down, you will have difficulties starting your snowblower, the engine may stall, and you will notice decreased performance from the snowblower. To remove the faulty choke knob, remove the clips or screws that hold it in place, and pull it off the shaft. Align the new choke knob with the shaft and secure it in place with the fasteners. Run your equipment and test the new choke knob to confirm that the choke can engage and disengage appropriately.
