Met delivery driver. Took box inside. Opened with box cutter. Unwrap lid. Wash lid and dry. Place on crock pot.
Checked competitors to get replacement lid. Competitors price for lid wasn\'t out of line $13.99 but they wanted $16.00 shipping. Ereplacement\'s price was $17.65 with shipping. Saved almost $13.00.
Ordered replacement lid. Happy not to have to replace entire slow cooker because of damaged lid.
