This is a genuine OEM replacement part that is oval shaped and has a 5-quart capacity. Always allow your stoneware to cool completely before cleaning, and wear oven mitts if it needs to be handled while hot. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot pot in cold water, as this could cause damage to the stoneware. Do not use under a broiler or on the stovetop, but it is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
