?The roller attaches to the cover with the washer and the cap screw. This part is an OEM from Delta for use in stock feeder shapers. It is made out of metal and hard rubber and will need to be replaced if it stops turning. An allen wrench will be needed to replace this wheel. Keep in mind that this part is available as an individual replacement even though multiple rollers may be needed.
