I unscrewed the case and discovered there is a hidden screw under the label that gives specs. The visible screws are allen styles and the hidden screw is a Torx type

... Read moren the new part, Hooked the rod to the spring that controls the vertical motion and screwed it back together. Tested and works fine.
Just remember the Torx diver and BTW it\'s a real small size.
I was impressed with the service. When I closed up the case I made sure to put the spare assy. and the business card they sent.
