This fuse is a high quality part sourced from the original manufacturer for DeWalt and Delta scroll saws. The fuse is a safety feature to prevent an electric surge from overloading the motor. Once the fuse is tripped it will burn itself out, and will need to be replaced. This part is sold individually, keep in mind the fuse cap is sold separately.

The USPS lost my order. Their tracking showed it was delivered but I never received it. I was able to find my old part. Not your fault!

Wrong Part
I ordered this fuse and a new fuse holder. The fuse holder was not a straight OEM replacement. The replacement fuse holder was configured differently than the OEM fuse holder which then required disassembly and modification of the scroll saw to accommodate the replacement fuse holder.

Parts listed above were for a different issue (no power) ordered the parts listed above, and discovered a wire to the fuse assembly was off. Reset wire and saw ran, but very slow and and noisy if rheostat was turned up. I then ordered the PC board which arrived couple of days ago. Watched the video 2x and copied down the instructions to h
... Read moreave available in the shop. Disassembly was rather easy. Video stressed the different bolt lengths on parts of the assembly, so I tagged each bolt with a number and marked the housing holes with the bolt number to ensure correct placement..Got all the bolts out and removed the fore and aft housing pieces. At that point there\"s not much holding the rocker bar to everything else. this part was a little scary, fearful that a misplaced elbow would cause a disaster. So I recruited my wife to lend a hand and ensure it all stayed together ( and it did ). Removed the 3 screws holding the circuit board in place, and disconnected the 4 wires. Reassembled it with the new board. The next phase required 2 people to hold the pieces in place and align the bolt holes.all in all about a 2 hour process for me and the bride. Assembled the table to the saw and the saw to the stand...plugged it in and it was music to my ears... no chatter at high speeds just the nice sound of a new saw... Thanks to you guys at eReplacement parts. The video was extremely valuable as was the extra hands provided by my wife. I\"m happy again!
