Very hard repair to make. Had to purchase a heat gun to soften plastic so the part would go on.
In good condition.

Impossible to install as is, no instructions included with air nozzle.
Impossible to install as is. Could not force the air fitting onto the corresponding ball on the machine. you need to include installation directions. I heated the fitting on the air nozzle to almost melting before it would slip on. Don't know if that was the right way to install but it worked.

Boiled water in cup . Placed nozzle end in water for about 2 minutes. Reboiled water and placed nozzle end in cup for another two minutes. This softened the plastic enough to slip onto the saw. No heat gun needed.

On a rather cold day while using the saw, I moved the air nozzle and heard a ôcrack soundö. The coupling to the sawÆs air outlet had cracked and the nozzle assembly went limp. The new one I ordered looked just like the original, but I could not push it into position on the round steel outlet, and I tried several times over several days!

As it was January and my garage wes cold, I decided to heat the end of the nozzle assembly over the stove just to warm it up a bit. That ôdid the trickö and the nozzle slipped on fairly easily. My advice is to use caution when moving the air nozzle in cold climates!
