This is an original Delta replacement part manufactured for use with scroll saws. This blade holder is used to attach the blade to the lower arm. The blade holder is available as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for associative parts.
Removed retaining clip at back of blade tightening arm. Put in spring assembled and put clip back on. Very small space to work with but after a few tries it went back together
Removed and replaced lower blade holder which was attached with roll pin
