The tool holder attaches to the support. It is made of plastic and is sold individually. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and used in scroll saws made by Delta. You may need a screwdriver when replacing this part. Over time this part may break and will need to be replaced.
Removed old tool holder and replaced with new. The lower clips broke again when putting tool in holder. The plastic must be old and brittle. I am now doing what I should have done to start with epoxy magnets in place of the clips and saved money.

Tool holder clip was broken. Easily replaced (2 screws). Replacement part broke exactly like original on first use.
Unscrewed the old part and screwed on the new one. Simple
