The control lever was well made, but it did not fit my saw. My Skilsaw Model 825 is getting older and parts are more difficult to find. The people at eReplacement Parts helped me find a cross-reference for a replacement lever but it is no longer available. I ended up fabricating a replacement out of steel. Removed old lower guard, spring and control arm and replaced them with new parts. Very easy saved myself a good amount of money doing the repair myself
