Removed the 4 top screws, and the 2 on the handle. Removed the set screw from the sleeve, twisted the lock and removed the broken part. Disconnected the spring, slipped the new sleeve in place and using a pick, reconnect the spring. Reinstall the set screw, then reassemble and reinstall the 6 screws.
