Removed the four screws from the shoe, remove damaged shoe and replace the new one.

I removed the original shoe from the Milwaukee circular saw, modified it for a job, then reinstalled a new shoe to make it like new. The job is straight forward using Torx drivers and standard wrenches for the repair. I believe I used T-20 and T-15 drivers to do the replacement.
