This is a genuine manufacturer-approved replacement part which is specially designed for Milwaukee bandsaws. It is an important component of the tensioning mechanism. If the bushing is damaged or is missing, this will provide an identical replacement for the original hardware that was installed on a new unit. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the proper replacement procedure. Note, one durable metal tension bushing is included. You will need a screwdriver and a wrench set to perform this repair.
