Removed outer blade cover - removed snap ring retainer for blade guard - installed new guard & re-installed cover

The saw was dropped, broke the lower guard and lever.

Take off the blade. Remove the snap ring to remove the guard. Make sure to unhook the guard spring. Clean and grease if need be, then replace parts.

Insulator boot was loose and slipping toward end of saw while in use. One torx screw missing T-25

Removed old boot, slid new one into place. Removed remaining screw and used two new with Loctite so the vibration wouldn\'t loosen them again. Saw is back in use and working just fine. Cutting inner skin 6 times, of a 140\' x 18\' wall.

simple replacement by removing the the attachment screw and replacing the handle . retighten attachment screw . all finished in less than 5 minutes.

Removed the blade.
Remove Saturday screws and dust extract screws.
Remove spring and guard.
Install new lower guard and reverse above steps.
Install new handle and replace screw.

Replaced cheap plastic guard for magnesium guard

Removed top guard, removed snap ring on bottom guard, spring on bottom guard, bottom guard and replaced. Put lever on and screwed lever tight. All done!!
