The lenghts one has to go to.
Bought a brand new Makita chainsaw in the UK, model no. DUC254Z and it came without a bumper spike! First chainsaw I've ever seen without one and 'to add insult to injury' a bumper spike is NOT available as an accessory in the UK even from Makita. Not to be beaten I searched on line in the US and found one at eReplacementParts. I placed an order and the part arrived in just over two weeks which is brilliant service.
