Power Supply Cord 664980-0

This is a power supply cord for an electric Makita saw. It is an OEM part that is sold separately. To ensure proper functioning of the cord, connect the chainsaw to the correct voltage. The voltage supplied should be the same as what is specified on the nameplate of the tool. If you are experiencing no power when you engage the switch, intermittent power when the switch is engaged, or exposed wires on the cord, the power supply cord needs to be replaced. Sometimes the damage can happen inside the cord, such as a broken or burnt wire. Symptoms of a bad cord can be very similar to that of a bad switch or worn motor brushes, so we suggest inspecting each of these parts before replacing the cord.
