This is a genuine OEM part. The complete base (ls1018) is composed of metal components, and is compatible with the LS1018 10" Slide Compound Miter Saw. The complete base is secured to the complete working table. This part assists with allowing the operator to measure and make compound cuts on their project materials. The complete base (ls1018) is sold individually. A screwdriver and a wrench are helpful for the installation.
