Take the drill all apart with a phillips screwdriver, ruin the snap ring getting the clutch plate off, order 3 parts, delivered, for $35 from e-replacement parts instead of paying local prices at $60 just for the power switch + shipping. Re assemble the clutch shaft with the new cam plate, Use an empty socket to smack the new snap ring o n the end of the clutch shaft, cut wires and solder the switch to the motor. Reassemble the case.
