Original blade clamp & screw were stripped and would not hold the blade in place on my jig saw.

I loosened all the Philips screws on one side of the jigsaw to split the case in half . Now I could access the 2 hexagon screws holding the blade clamp in place and removed the 2 screws and old blade clamp . I replaced the old blade clamp with the new one and installed the set screw then reversed the procedure to re-assemble the saw. Wo rks Perfect !
