This replacement hardware is a genuine OEM sourced part, it is not an aftermarket imitation. It is a commonly used with Makita power tools. This standard hardware has multiple applications depending on the tool. Please refer to appropriate diagrams for correct location and use of this screw. It is a pan head screw which is sold individually. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver to install or remove this hardware.
