This cam is sold individually and attaches to the handle set. It is made out of plastic and helps with the air and fuel flow through the pistons. This is a small part that may become lost or broken and will need to be replaced. While replacing this cam a screwdriver might be needed. This genuine item is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Makita miter saws.
