This replacement part is an authentic OEM bolt designed for Makita circular saws. The purpose of this bolt is to secure saw blade to the spindle which driver it. This hex socket head bolt is sold individually. Please note, you would need a hex key/allen wrench to install/remove this bolt.

Simply just screwed the plate on with the existing screws.
Then screwed the blade holding screw in the shaft
