Replacement wear plate for Ridgid Belt Sander
The part I ordered arrived within 3 days due to expedited express mail, costing twice as much as the part I ordered. I received no installation instructions nor did I receive any assistance from their so-called Technical department. I was told to call Ridgid for assistance. I was told by Ridgid I had to disassemble the complete unit, I asked if there was a YouTube video, they were not aware of one, nor could I find an instructional video online. Needless to say I was able to figure out how to replace the ware-plate on my own. Please note! you need a special Star head screwdriver with a long shaft to remove the roller pad base unit to reinstall the replacement ware-plate. Other than that the new part works great.
