Vane JT9-822018

This motor vane is one of the small moving parts that turn air pressure into rotary power. Dirt, poor oiling, or normal wear can keep it from sealing and sliding inside the motor. The result may be low speed, uneven running, or air leaking through the tool. Use the complete sander model to find the correct vane and learn how many are required. With the air supply removed, lay out the motor pieces in order during service. Clean the inside parts carefully, replace damaged vanes as needed, and rebuild the motor using the service guide.
