This is a genuine OEM replacement part used with the CP870 (T023990) 6" Dual Action Sander. The Chicago Pneumatic foam muffler (Incl: Index No. 48) is fitted inside the motor housing cover to decrease noise from the sander. A screwdriver is necessary in making the replacement. The foam muffler is sold individually.
