Removed the sanding pad from the bottom of my Skil Octo cordless sander by removing 4 Phillips head screws. Popped off the old sanding pad. Aligned the new pad in place, pressed it in firmly. Then replaced the 4 screws and snuggled them up. Done deal
NOTE, the parts I ordered were only listed for the corded version of the Ski
... Read morel Octo sander, but they worked perfectly on the cordless version as well
Replaced pad - To remove the pad press the unlock button and remove the pad. Then to install the new pad attach the back of the pad to the plate , then press the front of the pad on. Problem solved!
