?This small belt controls the random orbit functions of common Porter-Cable palm sanders. If this belt breaks, the sanders will operate poorly and the pad will rotate at a high rate of speed. Sanding functions will be disabled. This belt is a genuine Porter-Cable replacement part. Removing the sanding pad and replacing this belt is an easy repair. This belt is compatible with the Porter Cable sanders listed below.

2. Installed new random orbit belt.
3. Placed new hook and loop sander pad in position and installed and tightened three phillips
screws.
4. Start Sanding.
The Hook and loop pad wore out.
