These folks are amazing
I've used eReplacementParts several times when the manufacturer's own parts site didn't have what I needed. Tools like Porter-Cable, Delta, Ridgid and DeWalt are mainstays in my work shop and get a lot of use, and, consequently, at times are in need of repair. This site is easy to navigate and rarely have I found they did not have a part I needed. (Actually, they don't have the throat plate I need for my Ridgid table saw, but if that's the worst thing that happens to me, I'm good.) They ship quick. The prices are reasonable. The products are all OEM parts. This particular part was, in fact, a Porter-Cable replacement part. The old broken one came off; this one slipped in no problem. Overall a great company to do business with. (I really wish they had that throat plate, though...)

To remove broken fan housing you must remove the belt sander fan assembly from sanding unit. The easiest method to remove the belt sander attachment from the remainder on the sanding unit is by removing 3 - 4mm Allen bolts.
