removed spindle
filed down key to fit properly (key was just a fraction too thick)
replaced spindle lining up with key (Multiple tries)
tightened nut and washer to hold spindle in place

Remove nut holding wheel pulled wheel off installed her in slot on drive shaft reinstalled wheel replaced but and tightened.

When I started I broke the bolt. I forgot it was reverse thread. ThatGÇÖs why I needed a new shaft a new pulley and a new key.
