This a genuine OEM sourced replacement part designed for Makita sanders. This is a foam backing pad which is sold Individually. Over time this part we wear out and will need to be replaced. Changing the pad is easy and will only require a screwdriver. • First remove the four (4) screws that secure the pad • Remove old pad and replace it with the new one • Secure it using the screws
