1 Unbolted the machine from the table
2 removed end plate
3 Removed the old belt
4 Installed new belt
5 Installed end plate
6 Re bolted to table
7 Re tensioned new belt
8 Ran machine to adjust tracking

1. Use built in ratchets to loosen nuts that tighten the belt.
2. Cut off the old conveyor belt.
3. Slid on the new conveyor belt.
4. Tighten the nuts using built in ratchets
5. Tested the system for the correct placement
6. Test sanded piece of wood for accuracy

2. Remove end bracket.
3. Remove old belt.
4. Install new belt.
5. Replace end brackets.
6. Adjust belt tension

1) Loosen belt tension adjusters.
2) Remove 3 end plate screws.
3) Remove old belt.
4) Slip on new belt.
5) Install 3 end plate screws.
6) Adjust new belt tension.
