This is a genuine part that is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with Wilton and Jet disc sanders. The drive belt rests around the drive pulley. When engaged the belt spins the drive pulley which then transfers power to the motor. This part is made of rubber and is sold individually. For this repair, you will need a screwdriver to remove the drive belt cover. To remove the old belt simply slide it off the drive pulley and place in the new one the same way.
